This is the first time we had undertaken building work and was a little lost in the process, however, from the minute that I spoke to Chris he put us at ease with his knowledge and attention to detail. Nothing was never enough and he was always willing to go that extra mile to ensure we are happy. Chris sorted plans for our loft conversion. He understood our needs, gave us a few options to consider and turned the work around really quickly. He was very responsive when dealing with amendments and coordinated with the structural engineer to reduce steel sizes. Chris prepared plans for our loft conversion and 5m rear extension and assisted us through the planning process with Broxbourne Council. It’s clear that Chris knows the process very well with Broxbourne Council as his advice saw that both our applications were approved with no issues. Chris is very approachable and knowledgeable and made the whole process very simple.
