  I was pleased that they came on time to give me a quote. We agreed the price date and time. I was disappointed that they never arrived on the day. They did not inform me they were not going to come. I waited and then texted them asking if they were delayed or had changed their mind. No reply. I rang them to ask if they were still coming? They picked up the phone and when realised who I was they put the phone down. I wasted a day waiting for them to come. Not replying or responding is also very frustrating.
