    I am really pleased with Kevin's work. He was on time and polite. He explained the problems that I had and the consequence of not replacing and repairing. He gave me a quote and was true to that quote. He explained that I have 12 months guarantee of his workmanship and parts supplied. He also showed me of future problems arising and the likely hoid of the replacents locks for them. He gave me good advice on the realignment of my front door which has being dealt with. I felt very much at ease with Kevin and he had a great sense of humour. He was honest, hardworking and cheerful.
