We totally refute the customers' accusations. We have carried out all the work as per the contract to a high standard. We clarified the scope of the work with her on 3 separate occasions before work commenced, to which she agreed. The customer has unrealistic expectations as to the standard of finish and is making up work that we never agreed to do. We have engaged with the customer throughout the process but unfortunately we can't legislate for someone lying about the scope of the work. We are pursuing this matter through the courts and we would certainly advise any tradespeople to avoid undertaking any work for this customer. We would also happily discuss this matter with any interested parties.

Firstly theres was a pressure to sign a contract to lock in the deal, and an over emphasis on their wonder sealing paint, felt like a sales demo, once deposit was paid, they took forever to do the job and didn't actually finish, didn't answer phone calls and emails. When you did get through they would give dates and times and never stick to them then go quiet again , this happened more than 5times. They blocked the drains from pouring cement down them, left the front of the house exposed to the elements, not coated. Not painted. I decided to use the high performance spray coating offered by For Ever Homes on our tied worn 1930's pebbledash. The survey was completed and price agreed. Forever Homes then stayed in contact about start date. The scaffold went up as promised and the guys turned up as promised. The installation was then frustrated by the window company who had carried out a bad install of the bay windows. As a result I had to suspend the works by For Ever Homes until the windows were replaced. Forever homes were fantastic nothing was too much trouble and the MD Alan paid several visits and offered help.Verified reviewerJob location: TW12
