  • Fixing timer on hot water tank

    Just moved into my new home and found the whole hot water tank system quite confusing. George was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient with me. He fixed the timer on the hot water tank and explained how the system worked. Really great service, plan on using them again for my annual service.

    A relatively complicated installation: moving the boiler from the kitchen to the airing cupboard with associated new gas flow through two bedrooms and condensate drain into the bathroom. They also had to install a new flue onto a difficult-to-access slate roof. The team - George and Josh - were hardworking, completing the task in about two and half days. George even sorted out the incorrect pipework in the existing CH system. The radiators now are hotter than they have been and, as a consequence, the house warmer. Forte heating provided a great service and I would thoroughly recommend them
