The gas angels team I installed my new boiler a new year's back and they did as such a great job. Since, we've had yearly boiler services with their monthly payment plan and they always do a great job with that too. Dave and Gary are very friendly and professional and are always happy to help with any inquiries too, as are Dave's wife and admin team (that we've spoken to over the phone over the years). Before we had gas angels install our boiler we had numerous issues with other companies/plumbers, and since we've used gas angels I would recommend them every time!

I had a boiler service with another company. That company left my house with no boiler working. I called gas angels. Michelle was incredible and tried everything she could to get things working. We identified the issue and she sent someone the same day. Gary was very professional who came later to fix the problem (I didn't catch the name of the other person that diagnosed it but he can be classed as mint as well). Very good company, and with their quality customer service and resolution they have a customer for life now. I won't use anyone else if I can help it.

In response to our call out Gas Angel attended within 24 Hours to undertake repair to boiler and completed full test as part of service. Great service from them

I pay monthly by direct debit for yearly boiler service. The number mentioned on the website doesn't go directly to customer care to book a yearly service. The lady who answered the phone takes down all ur details like as though ur a new customer and told me that customer care will call me bk to book an appointment, but after 2hrs nobody called bk. Hence I called her again and they said that they were busy but will definitely call before 6pm, but nobody called. This is after paying a monthly fee. U can imagine if something was wrong and u called for help. I'm still waiting.... Very poor customercare

I have been using Gas Angel Heating Services Ltd for a few years now and my experience has been absolutely brilliant. It's an amazing company and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Reasonable, reliable and affordable. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I get my boiler serviced every year and I had Gary do my boiler this time round and what an excellent job he did, very professional and he was very friendly and welcoming and a really nice bloke. I would definitely recommend this service. Thank you once again A****

Excellent customer service, I was kept informed every step of the way. Delays out of their control but still I was updated. Work carried out quickly once parts were available. And now I have heating again! More than happy with the service I received
