We are the regional winners of the prestigious 2020 Energy Efficiency Awards, rating us as the number one boiler installer in the East Midlands. We won the same accolade in 2019, and went on to win third place at the 2019 national finals.
Gas Safe-registered and Baxi-approved boiler installers. Our engineers are as efficient as the boilers we install. Lead engineer Colin trained through the British Gas training academy and all engineers work on their professional development, staying informed of all regulatory updates.
We prioritise what’s best for our clients in the long term over our short-term profits. For example, if we can see an older boiler will need regular repairs, we will recommend that a new boiler would save money and reduce energy costs.

We offer a 24-hour emergency service, 365 days of the year. When extreme weather hits, and calls flood in about broken boilers and frozen pipes, we keep communicating and update everyone regularly. We prioritise elderly and housebound customers and families with young children.
For your peace of mind we always let our customers know when appliance services are due and when safety certificates need to be renewed.
We never use jargon and our advice is accessible and freely given. We give people the facts about how smart meters can save them money and help the planet.

We are proud to help customers with special challenges. We have an engineer trained in British Sign Language so that we can help people who have a hearing impairment. We have also helped visually-impaired clients and worked with the registered charity Sight Support Derbyshire. Our office manager has trained as a Dementia Friend champion and our engineers are currently undergoing this training.
