    Bosch washer stopped working and kept on tripping the electricity supply to the house. Zah attended on agreed day and quicky and efficiently got to work without fuss, replacing the heater element in the machine to fix the issue - something he'd immediately suggested to be the issue upon first contact. Zah was tidy, polite and communicative when required pre - job. Was also flexible with attendance when unforseen delays occured with delivery of replacement part (my fault not his). Bottom line, we have used Gladstone's before and would do so again without any hesitation. Recommended.

We are a domestic appliance repair company, and have been in business for the past 17 years.

We undertake repairs, servicing and installation to washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers, fridge freezers, electric ovens, cookers/ hobs. We also supply and fit white goods.

Our reputation is based on a prompt and reliable service, and we are recommended by various Estate Agencies and Property Management Companies.

Our working hours are from 9am till 6pm Mon-Fri. We also undertake emergency work if necessary.

Bookings are made by appointments on either the same or next day. We cover most of the London postcodes and most Surrey postcodes.

We also have Insurance cover for Public Liability, for your piece of mind in the unlikely event should an accident occur.

Our engineers carry a wide range of spare parts for most make of appliances.

ALL OUR WORK IS GUARANTEED FOR 6 MONTHS. 

 We are non VAT registered Company.

Most of our work is carried out within the first hour, and we inform all our clients if more time is required to complete the work.  

We usually give our clients a quote over the phone of what the problem is likely to be, and how much it is likely to cost, before an engineer is sent out on the premise. This allows the client to have an idea of how much they should expect to pay.

We carry out repairs to most makes and models of appliances.

We would be happy to assist you, should you require using our advice or service.
