We had external painting work done. The communication from Colin was excellent throughout. The quote was fair including the scaffolding which Colin sorted out with the scaffolding company contact he uses. The work was completed to a an extremely high standard. It was started and completed earlier than originally planned. Very pleased with all aspects.

Great experience with this firm. I needed a kitchen ceiling boarded, plastered, re-coved, spotlights & hanging lights added and the whole kitchen painted. From the quote to completing the work everything was very smooth with good communication throughout. Each different skilled person was punctual and very accomplished, clearing up after each day’s work. The kitchen now looks fantastic after the makeover! Would definitely use them again.

I have been using Goodwin & Tucker for 7 years now and they consistently deliver quality work done within timeframe and budget every time. This time they redecorated the whole of my mums bungalow and also my two bedroom flat. The team really know what they are doing, easy to communicate with and put you at ease. On site they are very respectful and tidy, always cleaning up after themselves and working neatly. Both my mums and my flat look brilliant, I’m really delighted with the redecoration. The paint finish and attention to detail is to a really high standard. I highly recommend them.

It was the best building experience ever! The whole team were so professional and cared about the job, came up with solutions when things weren’t working and were quite frankly a joy to have in the house. They always left each day with the place tidied! They made us feel like we were in really safe hands and nothing was ever a bother. Any time I asked if something could be tweaked or changed they would always find a way to accommodate it. Whilst clearly practically skilled they also could advise on aesthetics and materials. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend…if they have any availability!!!

We had narrowed our choices down to two and Goodwin & Tucker won the day because they provided an estimate when requested (other company were 'breaking up for Christmas); and kept their promises re timing and how the job would be carried out. They were punctual, thorough and tidy. We were very pleased with the finished job and definitely made the right choice.

Colin, Justin, Elliot and Andy have done a marvellous job with my 87 year old mother-in-law's leaking sun room roof. Scheduling and communication was highly complex given the number of tradesmen involved, the weather and her age but Colin was exceptionally helpful & communicative throughout the entire project, sending WhatsApp updates/photos/plans. The result is superb - see photos and she was delighted with all the workmen - they were helpful, polite, punctual and left everything very tidy. They even re-hung all her window blinds for her - lovely chaps
