• They built a new outbuilding in our garden.

  My partner and I would highly recommend Gosai Construction. They were incredibly professional, reliable and produced a good quality new outbuilding. Shiv (the owner), was amazing, continuously answering any questions, and always open to adapting anything (within reason) to reduce any concerns we had. Nearly every day we were updated with what progress had been done and what the next steps were. The whole process was fairly quick too! Our outside building control officer approved everything they did, saying it followed all building regulations.

• Garden renovation.

  A tired garden with sprawling weeds & plants and odd areas was turned in to a low maintenance one with levelled floor, tiled patio and freshened walls & fence. We can now sit outside comfortably and enjoy the outdoors. Another job completed with good work and left tidy as usual.

  Excellent team. We had our house fully renovated and I can say Gosai Construction Limited team was excellent and very professional at what they are doing. Now we have a very nice modern house with out any problems. Mr Shiv is always ready and available to listen your opinion and advice you for having the best and most effective result. They pay attention even at the smallest detail. Thank you guys.

  The owner mr Shiv gosai is a thorough professional, very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. His team used to arrive at 7.20 every morning and leave around 5 or some days at 6/7 pm Very high quality of workmanship , neat job. Mr Gosai visited the site every day. If we had to alter or add something new he would be at the site within the next 1 hour . On completion the site and the front drive was cleaned with jet wash n left very tidy . They even jet washed our neighbours drive We will surely engage them in future projects and already recommended to our son and some of our family friends
