Excellent in all areas
Our business replaced 35 windows. We gathered 8 companies to visit & quote. GHI provided a competitive price with quality window, fittings, & scaffolding. From this stage, all the way to the finish, their communication was always prompt, efficient & clear, from all departments. The window fitters we felt set themselves a tight deadline, but to their credit did a sterling job in less time than they anticipated. The four of them were a well oiled machine, polite, friendly & left all areas & windows clean & tidy. Very professional company from start to finish. The staff in Banstead knew the technicalities well. The surveyor was excellent . Installation new windows and porch door and windows
New windows and porch installed. Incredible service from start to finish. Brilliant design and attention to detail. Great communication with structural engineer and accounts department for payments. Installation guys were professional and very friendly leaving a great job well done. Highly recommend this family business. Excellent service from start to finish
The service which was provided by GHI was excellent from start to finish. Phil the sales rep came, measured and quoted me the price. Josh the surveyor came and checked measurements before placing order. Tony came and fitted the windows and done an excellent job fitting the 6 windows. Terrible supplier!
After buying £15.000 sliding doors GHI managed to installed them wrongly, damaged them while turning them around and mistreated us through the entire process; they took zero responsibility for the mistakes they made, took month correct cosmetic aspects and had the nerve to only waive the last payment that was corresponding to less than 5%Job location: TW1
