  Harry and his team were brilliant right from the word go, after I contacted him about replacing a boiler. Although it was a Sunday Harry still had the time of day to deal with my enquiry, and booked me in for the work to done, quickly. Which I was well pleased with. The work carried out by Mark was first class and very professional in everything he did. He explained in detail the workings of the boiler, timer, etc and was very clean and tidy in his work. Harry’s team work as a unit right from the delivery of the parts to the installation and also picking up the old boiler parts. A great job.

  Highly recommend. Got a quote and within a week had a new boiler fitted. The engineer are on time , very efficient , I was dreading the mess but had no need to worry at all, no mess whatsoever

  I am pleased overall with my first experience with HP Plumbing and Heating Ltd. Joe explained what was happening and the result of the service. Joe was polite and courteous. He answered any questions I had. The only issue was the fact they were late and I wasn't kept informed until I contacted them. This was only an issue because I had an appointment to get to. But this would not stop me using them again, or recommending them.

  HP plumbing and heating did a great job. I can’t talk highly enough of my experience. It was a large job and they worked really hard to complete it in 2 days. They were very polite, taking time to answer all my questions and point out all the important features of the plumbing instalation. They turned up on time, tidied up after themselves, included additional features not asked for that were great ideas. If Carlsberg did plumbers it would be like this!! Joking aside I would strongly recommend these guys.
