The workmanship and standard of finish was excellent, would highly recommend. The guys were very courteous and polite. Quote and communications was spot on. Due to unforeseen circumstances the reliability and timekeeping was a bit off, but I'm sure under normal circumstances this isn't usually a problem. End of job tidiness could be better, but overall was acceptable and I only mention it to raise standards. Overall a job well done - thank you.
The work was done while we were absent, and also in the rain - so not ideal conditions. Everything that was agreed has been done to a high standard - so very satisfied.

All the guttering work was done promptly and efficiently. One part of the work needed remedial work which was done quickly and with no quibble. Very good communication before the work commenced, during and afterwards. I will be very happy to use HomeFix MK again in the future.

The finished product looks very good however not satisfied with the communications during the work and had to get HomeFix back due to issues with the finished work and the condition of how my property was left on completion. All these issues were responded to our satisfaction but should not have occurred in the first place. We were left disappointed with the overall service.
Quote appointment on time and all queries answered. Installers on time, polite, courtious and respectfull. Informed if weather was going to hold up installation. Good job.
Excellent quality work, they left the place nice and tidy afterwards. Would 100% recommend HomeFix. Due to the weather there was a possibility that work may not have started on time but I was kept informed daily. Staff sickness meant we lost a day of work, and finished a day later than scheduled however it was still within the three days of work time agreed and again I was kept informed, so didn't really mind at all.
