Realignment of Dish
10Verified ReviewThe engineer arrived in the window allocated and very soon we were enjoying watching TV again. Horizon originally installed this dish around 30 years ago so its lasted well and just needed a new LNB.

10Verified ReviewI contacted Horizon Sound and Vision, as our TV picture was very poor, and the sound was not good either. The lady in their office gave me a range of dates and times for an engineer to call, including the same afternoon. Les, the TV engineer, arrived at the expected time, diagnosed the problem - a faulty TV aerial amplifier/Distribution box, and provided us with a replacement box, all in less than an hour. We now have working TVs, with minimal expense, so I would definitely recommend Horizon Sound and Vision, based in Basingstoke, to anyone requiring TV services.

10Verified ReviewProblems with sky+ box . Dianose the box wasn't working proply and done lots of checks. I was waiting for sky to update my old box, but Alan offered me sky+ HD for 3 weeks till I got the knew one... Really nice of him to help me out at no extra cost. Would recommend anyone to use this company.
