Horizon were friendly, reliable and really responsive. Got a site visit organised really quickly and got the quote in good time. Work was carried out exactly as planned and with minimal disturbance. Overall, Les and the team did a great job and I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing AV and cabling work done.

Great pre-visit communications and TV engineer Dean arrived right on time. He immediately identified the fault and took the necessary remedial action and also explained what had happened. We were very satisfied overall and would have no hesitation in using Horizon again as in previous years too.

Rang the office and although engaged a helpful chap rang me straight back and booked Les in the next day. Job was to relocate satellite dish and reroute cabling before new extension built. Les was up the ladder in no time, did an excellent job, made sure we were happy, gave some useful advice and checked all ok. Very friendly and no hidden charges, very good price and service. Happy to use local family firm with knowledgeable staff rather than the "corporates".
