We are the Largest Repair Agents in the North West with well over 30 staff, 16 Experienced Engineers, 2 Pre-Diagnostic Engineers with over 87 years of experience between them, a Trainer and a Technical Support Manager out on the rd.
With over 25 years’ experience in the industry. We are gas safe registered and work across all brands. We employ qualified and experienced engineers with exceptional knowledge of all of the following products:

Fridge and freezer were not working
Very quick and efficient. Let's you know when he is on the way. Very polite and let's you know what the problem is within minutes. All in all was very pleased.
Beko American style fridge freezer broke down .. inductor or something needed replacing
Firstly, my telephone conversation with Jay and the way did dealt with my problem so superb. Secondly, when Gary came to assess the problem, he was extremely friendly and helpful. Thirdly, Matthew fixed the fridge with no problems and very quickly. All the colleagues were very professional.
Fridge/Freezer repair to fan which was making a high pitched humming noise
The appointment was made really easily. Matthew from JK phoned before he came and did the repair in the house as I chatted to him. The high pitched humming has stopped. The whole experience was positive. Cost £45 in total.
Dishwasher install
Very satisfied - took a job that other installers had turned down and sorted it out no problem.
Repair to freezer
Had a repair done to my freezer today, all I can say was the repairman was brilliant, very professional, helpful, and caring. As I'm disabled he emptied the freezer himself so he could replace a part. This was his 2nd visit, and he was just as good the first time when he did the temporary repair. I very rarely give feedback but I was so impressed that I rang the company to give positive feedback.
