    Being a landlord I need a reliable company, J&L maintain my London properties and I was very grateful they were able to accommodate my 2 properties outside of London in the run up to Christmas. They installed new fire detection in a 3 bed flat and 2 bed house. They also checked the electrics for the EICR which the council require for the rental scheme. Thanks again best wishes
