• Faulty house Alarm

  I contacted KW Security through Checkatrade, within an hour Kirk phoned me and made an appointment to come round and look at the faulty alarm. Kirk arrived on time, very knowledgeable new his stuff, diagnosed the problem fixed the fault, all sorted. While he was here he also gave me some advice on my CCTV which also fixed an on going problem. I would definitely recommend KW Security. Thanks for your service.

• Update to house alarm system

  Called Kirk and asked if he could update our alarm panel. He was very friendly and made an appointment to come and see us. We found him to be a very friendly and he had a reassuring manner. We quickly received a quote and decided to go ahead with the work. Kirk arrived when he said he would and worked efficiently and was very knowledgeable about the system. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood how the panel worked. He was joined midway through the job by his very friendly and likeable son who is also his apprentice. The job was done very well and Kirk and his son tidied up

• Faulty home alarm system problem quickly resolved.

  Had issues with my house alarm control box and front door contact, so I called Kirk from KW Fire and Security who came within an hour on a Friday evening. He was extremely polite and professional, quickly identifying the faults, batteries replaced in the control box and door contact, which had been incorrectly installed years ago, was correctly remounted. Rest of system was checked and in good working order. Brilliant!

• Anran Security Camera repair and check.

  I telephoned KW Security this morning as my security camera had stopped working. KW Security were at my home within the hour and the fault was soon identified and fixed. My Camera was then checked to make sure that it was functioning as it should, perfect. The young man was very polite, tidy and helpful. I would definitely use this Company again and I would happily recommend KW Security to anyone. It was a small job but it was no trouble at all to KW Security, I could not fault them, great service.

• Replacement CCTV system

  Good communication from start to finish, arranging the installation date was extremely easy, responded promptly and arrived at agreed time. Was very tidy whilst working and made sure everything was set up to how we wanted. Before leaving he made sure we knew how it worked and even set up the online apps for both of us. Would highly recommend for anyone who values that extra care and service.
