10Turned up on time, knew what he was doing. Saved me a headache, I live in a new build and boiler needed 1st service after a year to keep it in warranty, he identified the short falls of my house builder not Installing an isolator switch for the boiler which is a requirement which was appreciated as I can now add it to my snagging list.

10So nice to deal with a company that gives a fantastic 1st class service, from moment of contact to the end finish. A written quote that showed what the job entailed, full explanation while attending the job , very polite, courteous, and excellent time keeping . I carry out everything from annual gas safety checks to boiler servicing, plumbing repairs all done quickly and cost effectively. Running the latest software my system updates and notifies you when the gas safety check is required, or the boiler service, all jobs are logged creating a historic data base for future reference if required, I can automatically contact your tenant and arrange access (if required) to carry out annual checks, saving you time.
All work completed is strictly in accordance with current 'Building Regulations' and all relevant notifications, such gas installations are reported the local 'Building Control Department' and certificates issued on completion of the work.
