John Kellett, the owner of KR.eativ: Architects Ltd, has 40 years in the profession since starting at University.
The practice has been running for over 10 years offering the full RIBA Services from business case through to certifying progress, payment and completion on site. John has worked on projects from large extensions to hospitals and listed buildings.
Currently specialising in projects up to £500,000 and beyond to provide low energy using sustainable architecture, including in historic contexts, that has a high added value. Whether your need is for a better functioning home or workplace or a new development of homes or workplaces or reusing a redundant building to bring it back into a new use and earn money for you.
