    The person who visited me advised that the stains may be difficult. He tried hard and was successful at removing the stains. He was understanding and sympathetic with the situation. He was tidy and left the carpets in good condition. Thank you for your work. The company were very accommodating as husband was in hospital so arranged times to suit. Would recommend!

    Very poor cleaning quality

    I am very disappointed at LKS cleaning. The man cleaned my carpet with plain water. All the stains are still on the carpet. The only think he did was just make it wet for the day. Just waste of money .

    we would never use plain water to clean as our guys carry products for every situation. All customers are informed that whilst we do our best to remove stains some stains can be permanent. I believe it was the customer’s partner that was present and he was happy with the work and did in fact ask our operativve to clean a sofa but unfortunately there wasn’t enough time allocated for this and he was informed we could book it in for another date. We are therefore, quite puzzled by the comments.

    Carpet and upholstery cleaning

    We had carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning done on our suede furniture. Lee was great friendly and professional and gave lots of good aftercare advice. Our carpet was a state and looks brand new. our upholstery cleaning was also really good unfortunately not all stains were able to be removed as there was damage to the fabric this was no fault of the company Lee was great by making this clear to us. We will be booking again.
