  New Felt Roof installation

  The job was satisfactory. I had to point out things that weren’t done properly. In the process external pipe work they were working around was leaking and had to call their attention to that as it wasn’t there before. They did come round and rectify the fault but we shall see how long that lasts. They aren’t people that clean up after their mess. My garden was littered with cigarette butt ends which I had to clean up along with small debris. Communication was good throughout and updates via pictures Two weeks on and still waiting on my invoice and 10 year guarantee for the job completed.

  Complete replacement of garage roof

  The job turned out to be bigger than we anticipated but the firm kept us informed, showed photos of the bits we couldn't see and offered advice on water-proofing, guttering replacement and positioning.

  Leaky roof showed me where damage was and work was done to high standard

  Great company family run from what can tell. Had leaky rood damage membrane which they replaces and a couple of beams that needed replacing. Great work no complaints prices never changed agreed work agreed price can't get any better will definitely use them again!

  Gutter Repair/Leak

  Lucas called me seconds after posting on check-a -trade to say he could come over to take a look within 15 mins! He came, checked the issue with our pipe that was leaking. He gave us a quote of £100 but then fixed it at no cost at all as it was a "easy job". What a legend! Thank you so much Lucas. Will definitely recommend you to others & keep you in mind for future needs.

  Lead Flashing Replacement and Leak Repair

  I had a persistent leak around my chimney, and LLM Roofing and Build Ltd came to the rescue. They replaced the lead flashing and ensured everything was sealed properly. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. No more leaks, and the roof looks great! I’m incredibly pleased with their work and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
