Plastering our new spare bedroom
Highly recommend L.M Quin, they are competitive on pricing and delivered top quity work. From the first time they came round to quote we was met with someone who is highly knowledgeable and very friendly. They gave us a quote and they managed to squeeze us in on a Saturday which was amazing. We cant thank them enough, they are so good we are getting them back for the new dining area. We are so happy with the work carried out and how tidy they are as well. Great work ?? ??

Garage Conversion to Utility Space
Laurence and his team completed this efficiently and to a very high standard. They were timely, tidy, communicative and friendly. We have a second, bigger project planned in the future and we will definately look to use them again.
Ground floor extension, ist floor over garage conversion and extension, kitchen and bathroom fitted
Laurence and his team have done a fantastic job from the start. Helping with ideas and advice, providing realistic quotes and time scales throughout. Once the work started as scheduled a few unforseen issues arose, but Laurence dealt with them all with no drama. The team were reliable, courteous and professional to both ourselves and the neighbours and ensured inconvenience was kept to a minimum. Even though costs had risen due to the current economic situation Laurence kept to his quote which was much appreciated. I know that any little issues that arise will be rectified. Thanks Laurence.
Refinished large chimney breast incorporating inset fire
After fitting an inset fire, the surface of the chimney breast needed complete surface refinished due to damage and defects. Job was prepared and 24 hours later plastered. The work was accurately estimated and completed on time to a high standards.
Bedroom re plaster and resolve blown plaster round window lintel.
They did a great job, friendly courteous, on time and cost. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to others.
