Patching and painting - A+
The services of LTD Maintenance were requested to patch and paint a number of areas post an electrical install. Darren was quick to quote, polite, and able to rapidly respond to our needs. The workmanship was excellent and tidy. Highly recommend!
Exterior house painting and decorating
The guys did an incredible job painting the front of our house. Their attention to detail was fantastic. We were over the moon with the end result. They brought a friendly and positive attitude and left the place clean and tidy. These guys genuinely wanted to do a good job and it really showed. I’d certainly recommend them to anyone needing any painting works done.
New mechanism for ancient uvpc door
They came very swiftly for initial assessment and then returned to fix the door two days later which was wonderful .Most tradesmen would have told me to buy a complete new door as it is so old and no standard

Redecoration and new bathroom
Over the course of a few months, the team at L.T.D Maintenance helped me plaster and paint essentially the entire house (including new plasterboard ceilings). I also asked them to help me completely refurbish one of my bathrooms. All work was done to a high standard and efficiently. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, the flexibility to deal with ad-hoc issues, and the can-do attitude. They are a great partner for home improvement projects and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
