Repairing roof and pointing the top of main roof
I have just used LM roofing and I am one happy customer. Lee came to give me the quote. From the word go, he explained what the problem was and what needed doing. A man of few words but knows his trade. After having a couple of roofers, I knew he'd do a descent job. Adam and Danny fixed my roof. Descent chaps, cleaned up after themselves and did a descent job. The price was fair too. As long as I'm concerned I have a roofer for my future projects and I will be recommending them to family and friends. With this type of service, it's no surprise you have good reviews.
Fixing some tiles and cleaning the gutters
I have used LM Roofing quite a few times, as I always find them reliable, turn up when they say they will, very polite and clean up any mess that has been made. I highly recommend this company if you want a professional job done on your roof, no job is too big or small for them.
Replacing a valley
Lost £1,000 for a failed job which I had to pay another roofer to put right. LM Roofing undertook a repair to a leaking roof, but they didn't go inside the roof to see where the leak came from. The problem remained and I asked them to come back and re-do it which they did on 31st March. Yet again, they didn't bother looking from inside the roof and see where the water was coming. After it rained even more water was leaking through the roof and this time through the ceiling of our living room as well. I had to get a different tiler to redo their work properly
Replacing a few tiles
LM roofing are excellent, can’t recommend them enough. After waiting for a roofer for over a year to come fix it, they came and fitted our roof within a week. Great service.
Install and supply new cowl
Leigh was helpful over text with sourcing the cowl for my listed thatched house. Important we got it right. Came next day and was quick, tidy and pleasant. It was quite expensive considering it took very little time but I couldn’t fault the professionalism or courtesy. Very knowledgeable
They removed old and rotting fascias replaced by all new plastic ones new guttering and downpipes
This is the 2nd time of using LM roofing they completed a challenging job with a fantastic finish to a very high standard. I would highly recommend them
