Was locked out of the house. Came out to the location super fast and gave great service.

Extremely friendly, helpful and even though there were problems that he didn't have to deal with regarding the setup of keys, he didn't leave until he was sure that the key set up had been done properly. His job was to just install the lock into the door, not set the keys up. He also took a look at another door which I have been having issues with the locking mechanism on and gave me advice / quotes / ideas on what the problem might be at no additional cost, but to his time.
Front door not locking correctly.
Front door wasn't locking properly. Agent arrived punctually and assessed the issue, talking mw through it. Checked the lock for malfunction and door for alignment problems, which turned out to be the problem.
Patio door lock jammed
Had a lock jammed on my patio door Adam was here and replaced the lock and mechanism had all the parts was done within an hour!!
Emergency call out for broken front door lock
Adam came out as an emergency call on Saturday afternoon, in between other jobs, in order to see what was wrong. He then came back late evening with the necessary parts to fix the door. Very pleasant and knowledgeable locksmith who was adamant he wouldn't leave me with an unlocked door. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!

I was not expecting the job to be done today but Adam came when he said, changed my lock quickly and professionally Would highly recommend.
A thumb lock required on inside of front door insted of a key
Really impressed with Adam. The communication was great, he came the following day, job done and all explained and links to register anti snap lock. Will use Adam again and recommend him to anyone requiring a locksmith. Thanks Adam

Brilliant professional service from Adam from start to finish. Great communication, turned up when he said he would. Explained what the problem was and gave us the options and prices of the work. He replaced door mechanism, barrel and door handle. Fast and efficient workmanship. Highly recommend.
