    So pleased we finally upgraded our PC, no more sitting and waiting for it to switch on now. Derek who visited us was lovely and made himself quite at home, so much so he had a pair of slippers with him and had his shoes whipped off before we had to ask! We would definitely recommend their services and ability to explain their suggestions and work done.

We assist clients with all software & hardware issues for both PC and Mac.  We're a full service IT support service and help SMEs with their IT estate in addition to the support we provide to our residential clients.    Our techs gurus are friendly and take the IT jargon out while we communicate with our valued clients, all th providing an excellent computer support service.

- General maintenance for slow and poorly performing PCs or Macs

- Virus removal & Internet safeguarding from future attacks

- Data backup solutions, both onsite and in the cloud

- Laptop repair, including screen and any other hardware replacement

- Data recovery

- Data transfer from old to new desktops/laptops

- Malware removal and safeguarding

- Office relocation, we can help review new sites and ensure a smooth move to your new premises

- Communications consultancy, assisting clients reduce the costs for their broadband and communications

- Wi-Fi networks improvement, for rooms/areas where signal is poor - we can resolve them!

- We also work in conjunction with a GDPR consultant to aide clients with onboarding and compliance after the recent EU regulations.

- Full Smart Home Automation in conjunction with a partner, providing all smart lighting/smart heating/auto blinds, curtains etc/full integrated AV, cinema rooms, multi room audio and home security CCTV and alarms
