Luke Broderick Kitchens

Hello my name is Luke Broderick.

I joined Checkatrade in November 2011 for the sole purpose of obtaining more of my own work rather than working for kitchen companies.

I can ensure the quality and full service is of an excellent standard.

A bit of background on myself - I left school in 1987 and was fortunate enough to get a apprenticeship with a high class joinery in Bagshot, Surrey. They allowed me to attend Guildford Tech 1 day and 1 evening a week to improve my knowledge and skills.

My place of work had 7 highly skilled joiners making anything from oak staircases to bespoke furniture.

All items made were of a very high standard due to the type of clientele such as Houses of Parliament and wealthy individuals.

I qualified as a joiner in 1990 and continued working at the joinery for another 3 years. It was at this point I decided to go it alone as a self employed joiner/carpenter.

For the last 22 years I have been fitting kitchens mostly, along with bedrooms/bathrooms.

The last 8 years I have been supplying good quality kitchens/bedrooms, the type of which you would find at your local kitchen showroom.

I have been building our new family home for the past 18 months , we brought a 3 bedroom chalet bungalow which had subsidence which I demolished and cleared the site before the new build could start.

I have spent 90% of my time since on building the house.

The house is very nearly finished (08/01/2020) so i am concentrating on my business supplying and fitting kitchens.
