  ML Builders & Sons continue to excel! We felt compelled to write a second cond 10/10 review!

  Our first was written last year when Malcolm was at the helm. Tragically he is no longer with us & will always be dearly missed, but the show had to go on, & we can say with real confidence that it has. His kind, talented sons Shaun & Andy renovated an old, dilapidated, stable for us. With the usual great Larter communication, detailed & transparent invoicing from Lee & the ability to keep things moving day in day out, Andy & Shaun, assisted by their charming team of very able tradesmen, turned the stable back into a loved, 2 storey building packed with the character we so wanted to preserve.

  Highly recommend

  I felt from the very beginning that I could trust Malcolm and his team with my extension, and they absolutely delivered. They took the time to resolve a few unexpected issues along the way to make sure I got the result I wanted. I’m really pleased with the finished work and would highly recommend them.

  Strip out and Renovation of Edwardian Semi

  ML Builders have completely stripped out & renovated our Edwardian Semi. We have so enjoyed our experience of working with Malcolm (a kinder man you couldn't wish to meet) and his incredibly able team. He quickly understood what we were wanting & has co-ordinated the build such that barely a day has gone by without action. Communication has been exceptional, we've had onsite chats with him several times a week & any message or call is very quickly responded to. The result - a very efficient build as per our remit. Quotes and invoices have been very detailed too - very transparent and fair.

  Total refurbished a Victorian Maisonette

  There is a reason why you booka master builders. Malcolm and his team did an outstanding job. They are highly professional, reliable, courteous. They are approachable, and extremely helpful, coming up with ideas in budget. Nothing is too much trouble and they tidy up at the end of each day. They have a great network of other trades to ensure smoothly transition of the project. The bill is in detail and they keep to budget If you want a stress free build, with hardworking, honest individuals that take pride in their work, then I would highly recommend Malcolm and his team.

  A full renovation of a 4-bedroom semi-detached house

  It’s rare to find such a reliable builder, I am beyond pleased with the exceptional work Malcolm and his team did on the renovation of my home.   Single Storey Rear Extension

  Malcolm and his team were fantastic throughout our whole build. We were nervous about how our autistic son would cope with it all, but very much thanks to how Malcolm and his team managed the build his routine was barely affected. Everyone working on site was friendly and did a high standard of work. Very happy with the end result, completed inline with the original quote. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to extend their home.
