    Paul was extremely technically competent, very helpful, friendly, professional and proactive. The job was complex as he needed to get the jet stream up the roof and clear a blocked drain. He did the most effective clear and made it practically mess free. He took time to assess the situation well and is clear he is focused on 100 per customer service and satisfaction. I am truly grateful for his excellent work and he is a true credit to MZR. I will definitely confidently pass on the company details for all our property need. Huge thanks Paul and MZR.     Called beforehand, told me 30 mins to get here, arrived on time, nothing too much for him, very polite, explained along the way what he was doing, I pointed out we have 2 more drains, they were then speedily cleared (didn’t know they were blocked). He was a perfect gentleman 10/10

    Jason kept me informed to let me know when to expect him to arrive. On arrival he confirmed there was a blockage and explained what was needed to resolve the issue. He ended up jetting it and cleared the blockage very quickly. He made sure that the toilet and sink were fully functioning before finishing up. Very tidy and efficient. I was charged a very reasonable price in comparison to others (under 3x less than Drain Doctor quoted just yesterday!!!). Great honest company who have customers in mind. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if ever needed to. Thank you Jason.

Having dealt with three similar companies, they were head and shoulders above the others. Good price, great workers(Jason and Mark) who kept me informed visually or by photo evidence of what was going on at all times.
