Service a combi, check whole installation for gas safety. Including a second boiler review.
Engineer Will explained what was procedure to complete job. Slightly more than he anticipated but just cracked on. He showed the details of what he was doing to ensure I understood he was being thorough. He gave me total confidence and I would recommend this company without reservation.
Finding and repairing a leak in the pipe feeding the kitchen radiator.
Excellent. An engineer arrived a few hours after my call. Nathan worked efficiently, fixed the leak quickly, tested the system and tidied up before leaving.
Replacement boiler
Ben came to the rescue to fit a replacement boiler for my 94 year old mother. Her previous boiler was beyond repair and she’d had no heat or hot water for a few days. Ben sent Will to do a survey on Tuesday afternoon from that a price was agreed. The boiler was fitted by Carl first thing Wednesday morning with assistance from Will towards the end of the job. I cannot express how pleased I am with the service from Ben and his workforce from visiting to do the initial survey to fitting within such a short time. I highly recommend Ben and his team, will be passing his name on to family and friends.
Boiler replacement
Ben fitted us in at very short notice after the old boiler packed in. Job was done on time, quote was perfect, minimal disturbance to my elderly folks, sheets down to protect the new carpets and the place was left clean and tidy. 10/10. Would recommend.
Fitting new boiler

Checked old boiler and fitted new one.
Ben and Nathan were great - no hot water, checked boiler on Monday and we had a new one installed by Thursday afternoon. Very easy to deal with, texts and turns up when planned, very efficient replacement of our old boiler.
