  Window and door fitting

  Connor came to my home and had a lot of information. Was not pushy at all and the quote was reasonably priced. However, when getting the windows fitted, some glass cracked throughout the fitting. I then got told that the beading was too small and was going to crack but they didn’t think that it would affect us. It took around 1 month to fully complete the job. I felt the communication really lacked when it came to getting the replacements and also I was having to chase for updates instead of being told updates. The windows look great but definitely the communication could have been better.

  Livingroom window

  Had my livingroom window now done through McFarlane Homes after getting the bedroom and kitchen window done the month before. I asked to have the same handles as the others and white pn inside and black on outside and love it.

  Window Installation

  Connor was easy to get hold of and organise a time to come view the windows. He answered all my questions and didn’t come across like he was pushing for a sale. He provided a quote within a day or two and was able to arrange for a window installation within the time frame he’s originally estimated. The fitters were great, very professional and efficient. They left everything with a nice finish. Some of the panes cracked on the first day but Connor arranged for new glass which he brought himself on the second day of installation to avoid delays.   New windows for my new home

  Just moved into my new home and all the windows need replaced. Bedroom windows and kitchen have been done and what a difference it has made to the house. Love the handles, something different for me and love them.
