Landlord Gas safety check
Nick has been regularly carrying out my boiler checks for many years now. He always provides a friendly and thorough service and is very accommodating, happy to liaise directly with my tenant and the job is carried out quickly with very little inconvenience to me. He has been able to sort out many problems with my old boiler over the years and is always pleasant to deal with. Recently there was an emergency situation with a potential leak and Nick came out immediately and talked me through all his findings over the phone. Thank you Nick!
Carried out service to boiler and repair to leaking pipe work.
We have used Nick for several jobs around our home. He is polite, efficient and completes any work to a high standard. Highly recommend his services.
Repair leak from en-suite walk in shower
Had a requirement for an emergency plumber when our en-suite shower started leaking to downstairs. Nick responded quickly and came out within a few hours. Nick was thorough in his investigation as he troubleshooted the leak down to the drain seal not being seated correctly by the builder, and no sealant being used as a fail-safe. Nick rectified the issue and advised we replace the shower sealant as this had failed. He went through why it had failed and what we needed to do to respond. The price for his work was reasonable and very happy with the work carried out! Thank you!
Fix toilet flush issue
Managed to too fit me in at short notice for a toilet flush issue, which then turned out to be harder job than first planned but all was done to great standard and a great price, very happy with work and will be using his him again for future boiler services as well I'm sure.
