10Dear Leon, I wanted to extend my thanks to you for the recent job you have completed for a family member of mine. Your speed of response, quoting, and service was impeccable. My grandma has wanted her upstairs bathroom redoing for some time, and some long-standing issues with the plumbing rectifying; yourself and Vlad completed the job cleanly & quickly. This job has been put off and delayed endlessly by other tradesman and I’m so pleased that Ocean Property Group delivered so well on this job and my mum & grandma are very, very happy with the end result. The guy turned up when he said he would, seemed very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. He gave me a quote for fitting the part needed which I accepted and it was fixed quickly and with very little disruption to my day. I have since taken out a boiler care plan with this company and I have recommended them to a neighbour who had an issue with their boiler
