Checking phone line and troubleshooting fault after BT/Openreach said fault was internal.

10Verified ReviewRob came round to survey the job; offered his advise and proposal for the work. He was punctual, well presented, friendly and clearly knowledgeable and experienced in telecoms. I asked him to get straight on with it as, over other engineers I contacted, he was by far the most confidence inspiring. He did the work quickly and worked very neatly and kept the area tidy, cleaning and vacuuming up afterwards. I was very pleased with the final job, it was much better than I was expecting and I'm very happy with his service.
