Having been previously happy with the work done for us by this company, we trusted them to extend the flooring into an additional room. Unfortunately the aesthetic result is substandard. Trader was unable to provide a logical explanation for the discrepancy in plank width used between the two areas. He demonstrated a lack of understanding for my dissatisfaction and instead pursued a blame game. Very disappointed. Friendly, careful and professional staff. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and ability to cope with the unexpected. The floor is beautiful and has already been much admired. We've used Options for all the flooring in the house and the work completed yesterday was done to the usual superb standard. The fitters did a great job, including tidying up as much as possible.
