The unique service we offer ensures your home is left clean and tidy after every visit, shoe protectors are carried by every engineer and must be worn on every visit.

Most of all, PlumbGas don’t believe in call out charges; Whilst we have a charge for our diagnostics, no call out charge is placed on top of our labour charges. 

Communication is something we take very seriously, scheduled time slots are booked for every appointment to make sure our customers feel at ease about every visit, this is even followed by a reminder message sent to you the day before your appointment. We also stay in touch by sending annual service reminders every year.

If for any reason we are running late, we always call you directly to let you know.

Service and repair inc. Gas, oil and LPG

The service and repair team are dedicated repair experts trained to the highest of standards to carry out diagnostics on boilers and other appliances, this includes general plumbing such as taps, toilets, radiators and hot water systems. Not forgetting oil and LPG appliance servicing and repairs. 

Boiler and appliance installation Team

The installation team have a structured quoting tool to ensure every customer knows exactly what they are paying for. Along with exemplary installation skills to have your boiler installed neatly and the best it can be. PlumbGas are accredited installers to many different boiler manufacturers, this means extended boiler warranties can be offered to our customers. Not forgetting, the wealth of experience the installation team carry with underfloor heating installation and repairs.

Bathroom installation Team

Multiple projects have been completed by the bathroom installation team at PlumbGas, bathrooms are completely cosmetic and have to look perfect. We have specialist trades that work very closely with us including: carpentry, plastering, electrical, tiling and lastly plumbing. This means we can fully take on the project and our internal communications ensure the project is complete with good organisation and with the best finish.
