Chose their quote. The most competitive. Challenging work owing to the composition of what was already there. Carried out promptly, cheerfully and on price.

We are very pleased with the final result-it fulfills our expectations and has provided us with an excellent kitchen/dining space. However, after outside rendering done-glazing units damaged. Premier advised May 22 and passed us back to contractor. Despite us contacting Premier over the past 6 months we still have badly damaged glazing. Premier and contractor have agreed that there is damage. Back of house faces east so when the sun shines the scratching is visible. We've been told the matter will be dealt with but after 6 months we feel that Premier have fallen short in this respect.

Efficient, trustworthy, tidy, fantastic quality of work and if there was a problem nothing was too much trouble to put it right. Good communication from the office and the builders were transparent telling us what the next steps were and the time frames. Would use again. Many thanks.

Really pleased with the work carried out. Steve, Mark and their team, as well as the contractors they got in for specific jobs, were all great to deal with. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and tidy. Would happily recommend to friends and family, or have them back for future work.

What an amazing experience!! Always back to me straight away,when I had queries.. So easy and relaxing having these tradesmen around. Very skillfull,I am a builder myself and have worked in the building game over 40 years,and to watch Rhys and his boys construct the conversion was enjoyable. The build was flawless. I would recommend this firm to anyone wanting building work done..

Excellent work all round, really pleased with the result. The whole team were a pleasure to have around in the house while the work was done.
