Over the last 10 years many new exciting paving materials have been introduced to the UK market. Many of these are easily damaged by incorrect cleaning methods e.g. washed with the wrong chemicals, pressure washed at the wrong pressure and wrong technique. Some of the surfaces can be irreversibly damaged for instance the surface of Limestone can be etched by the incorrect use of a pressure washer, Sandstone and limestone to name a couple can be permanently damaged by chemical reaction if the wrong cleaners are used.

 At Premier Clean we know that one pressure washer cannot be right for all surfaces. Over the years we have invested in many different machines to complete cleaning of multiple surfaces to the very highest standards without causing unnecessary wear to the surface. For instance, would you use a high power industrial pressure washer to clean your decking? Of course you wouldn’t! That’s why we have smaller machines dedicated to that task. The same with delicate sandstone surfaces etc.

We are proud to announce the newest tool in our ever growing arsenal. 
 We have invested in a state-of-the-art DOFF Integra Cleaning System 

This enables us to clean sandstone to a very high standard, in a gentle way, causing minimum distress to the stone.  The DOFF system removes bacterial growth, lichen, moss, bird droppings and graffiti using low pressure and high temperature steam. The stone surface doesn’t get saturated with water and dries in minutes so the whole process is kind to stone with outstanding results. This machine works at low pressure and extremely high heat to remove the dirt and soiling without adding wear to the surface unlike powerful pressure washers.

Architects / Surveyors  recommend DOFF super heated water for chemical free environmental friendly cleaning.
These machines have been used on many historic buildings including Westminster Abbey, Oxford University, and the Tower of London.
These systems are relied on by architects and building restoration companies across the UK for innovative and effective stone cleaning and masonry restoration.
 We recommend the DOFF for use on surfaces such as brick, stone, concrete, tiled (glazed and encaustic), wood, and terracotta. It is also a useful sterilisation tool for kitchens, toilets, swimming pools, hospitals and factories.
