10Verified ReviewHad Jack W., Kai and Harry D. Install the rest of my aircon today (initial unit installed by Protocool 5 years ago, and it was inevitable that I’d get more, it’s that good!). Nice blokes, did a perfect job and made sure it was how I wanted it, explaining anything that needed it and answering questions. Even set up the new units on the app for me, so I can keep an eye on energy usage etc. Very happy customer, still can’t believe it was all done in a day. Very clean and tidy. Thanks very much.

10Verified ReviewI can't recommend Jack highly enough. Punctual, polite, personable and efficient. He was servicing for the first time 4 air conditioning units previously installed by another company. He got on with the job excellently. The servicing part went very well. Sadly, for us there were many faults (outside) pointed out as a result of the previous installation. Jack took many photos for us and Protocool and wrote an extensive report The previous installer has cost us a lot of money. We will continue with Protocool and get these things sorted out and have an annual contract. I was impressed.
