We appreciate every client feedback, during this time we had overrun on a job whose house roof needed to be weather tight before we left in the evenings, it was never my intention to cancel or not to return a call, however the job at the time needed my full attention and by the evening I didn’t feel it was appropriate to call to late, I did however phone the next day to apologise to re arrange with the customer but never had a response and there has been no communication since, we pride ourselves as a company to respond as quickly as possible however we also prioritise the job at the time
