Leaking pipe and boiler issues
Richard is always prompt and thorough. He has looked after my rental properties for some years now and I would highly recommend him. He deals with my elderly tenants with total compassion and respect.
Service of gas fired boiler and gas fire
I cannot fault Richard Russell in the way he did work for us. He advised us beforehand what the costs would be. He arrived on time, was tidy and told us what he was doing and why. He was thorough in all that he did. He also told us what further work might have to be done in the future and gave advice on work which I was thinking of having done. A very easy man to have in your home. I would thoroughly recommend him.
Checking, servicing and repair of boiler
Richard was polite, helpful and informative. He checked previous CO readings and found there had been an increase which was of concern. During the service he found a rusted and broken flue collar which was repaired without fuss. Several more measurements were taken to ensure low and repeatable emissions and the job was completed with a perfect result. Richard also advised us to install a magnetic filter which we will certainly ask him to do. Brilliant job!

A simple replacement of old gas hob with modern equivalent. Richard found solutions to minor problems caused by design modifications and the installation was completed and ready to use within a few hours. Another first-class job by this trusted tradesman.
