    Rob and his team were brilliant from start to finish. They came in and helped us develop the ideas as to what we could achieve with an almost derelict site, costed the options and worked to put a comprehensive plan together. Then they project managed the whole process, brought in the relevant trades and drove the project to completion. They took a complete shell, gutted it and delivered a stunning project. Would highly recommend and would use again.

When it came to the works, Rob and Lloyd were always available to answer questions and help sort out any issues. All of the team were punctual, friendly, efficient and tidy. RMC specialise in the management and construction of residential housing projects, be it a new build, extension, refurbishment, kitchen or bathroom replacement. 

Our defining principle is to offer a professional and friendly service that still delivers every project, no matter how big or small, to the desired standard; on time and on budget.

We aim to create a brand that represents sustainability, that our customers trust and one that they would happily recommend to future, prospective clients. To achieve this, we use not only the most efficient and sustainable methods and materials, but we also carefully select our entire supply chain to ensure that the trades and suppliers are the right ones for the task at hand.

The company was created in 2019 by Rob Moore MSc, MCIOB to offer a fresh and collaborative approach to construction. The idea being that that all clients enjoyed the process of creating their new home. It can be challenging; our job is to make it enjoyable. With 12 years in the industry running a diverse section of residential projects, Rob comes well equipped to understand the needs and processes required to deliver the above.
