• Chimney repair

  I contacted the services of Roofcare Yorkshire Roofing and was quoted £3,960 for repointing, supplying and fitting new lead flashings, and capping off with vent cowls. As verbally agreed there was no mention of removing flue liner in the quote nor any terms and conditions which you would find in a contract. For nearly £4,000 I could have a new chimney rebuilt for that. I think the company is greedy and in my book it's taking advantage!!

• Installation of new rubber/felt roof on detached garage

  I contacted Fenton and Fenton to re-roof my flat roofed detached garage that was leaking. They came out for a survey, sent me a quote and after me accepting turned up on time to do the work. They left the site so tidy that you wouldnt even have known that they'd been and the finished result looks great, and more to the point nolonger leaks! I even got a phone call from Craig Fenton on payment of the bill to check that I was happy with the work. Highly recommended

  We had the roof under-felted and re-tiled, with chimney pointing repairs and new fascia, soffits and guttering. All done when promised, very efficiently, and the place left very tidy. A great job. Only have to pay 28 days after work completed. Thanks!

• Fitting of New Dry Verge Endcaps to Roof Gable End

  The mortar under the roof tiles on the roof gable end was deteriorating and crumbling away. Fenton and Fenton fitted new felt and battens to the end part of the roof, removed the old mortar and replaced it with treated battens and a high gloss verge end cap. Very polite and friendly staff who explained everything to me and completed a high quality and professional job. They left the site area clean and tidy on completion and removed all the waste materials. They showed kindness and respect to my neighbours at all times and I highly recommend.
