Replace lead roof with felt
Very pleased with the job done. Good communication, honest quote, whole lead roof and wood support was replaced with felt and new wood , the work was done in time, Denis and his team were efficient and very professional ,5??
Replacement of pitched roof and flat roof. Including some minor building works.
Denis was very responsive to my request for a quotation and upon my acceptance he was very prompt in starting the job. The work was carried out to schedule and to budget. His skilled and polite team were always on site early and worked a full day.
Flat roof felt removed, roof made watertight, new felt applied. Parapet repaired. Gutters serviced
The first thing to say about Denis Harrington and Senator Roofing is that they and their work are first class and reliable. The crew was unobtrusive, helpful and efficient. Denis himself made suggestions as to how we should proceed and what was necessary and found ways round problems. He was always sympathetic to our needs and catered to them. We obviously got other quotes for the work and while his was not the cheapest we believed that he offered the best value for money. And Senator certainly delivered.
Replacement of main roof + waterproof membrane. New roof on lower level also over front door area
Denis and the team completed the job in under the quoted time returning to finalise the chimney brickwork repairs also undertaken and the wall repair. All work carried out to a very high standard

I cannot speak highly enough of Senator Roofing for the brilliant job they did to fix someone else's mess. Denis was honest, trustworthy and fair with the scope of work and the pricing of the work I needed doing. After the initial consultation, they started on time (waiting outside the house at 7:30am all 3 days), did a really professional and thorough job. And, most impressively, they realised that the scope of work they had quoted for was wider than they first appreciated...but they still did the repairs to the highest standards...and charged me no more than we agreed. Repair and re-cover roofs of garden room and garden shed
