Sorted our CCTV problem very efficiently, was friendly and helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Hit a small problem in the installation but it was not made into a major issue and was sorted straight away.Would definitely recommend Sach AV and will use Sach AV in the future

Excellent service from start to finish. Jason & Mathew mounted the TV securely on the bedroom wall while being extremely considerate of a bed-bound patient in the room. They spoke kindly and showed genuine empathy throughout the visit, keeping noise and disruption to a minimum wherever possible. They also took extra care managing and tidying the cables, which made a big difference to the finished setup. Before leaving, they made sure he area was clean and tidy and Mathew patiently demonstrated how to use the TV controls and made sure everything was working properly. would highly recommend.

Difficulty with an aerial. Jason able to diagnose the problem and managed to sort the issue with internal amplifier rather than replace the aerial. Got signal to the TV so all good and efficient.

I would definitely recommend this company anytime to anyone. Jason was helpful, kind and patient, especially to the elderly. The work was carried out quickly and he even tidied up afterwards. Bonus.
