    We would highly recommend Sam. He was very professional and polite when visiting our home to quote for the job. The work was carried out to a very high standard. The hallway cupboard was bespoke and the final fit was excellent. Sam consulted with us all the way through the job and he made sure our house was left clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the work.

  • Fitting a folding cupboard and replacing window moulding

    Sam did a superb job replacing a large cupboard door with two folding panels. He also restored the mouldings round windows that had been spoiled when my uPVC sash windows were fitted, adding in an extra fillet and shaping the existing moulding to match other windows in the house. . This was more complicated than anticipated and Sam took an extra day with my agreement to make sure it was well done. I would thoroughly recommend him as a carpenter / bespoke cabinet maker and will definitely use him again.

Here at Sam Norris Furniture I handmake fitted and freestanding furniture. I handle all aspects of design, production and installation.

I went back to school at 21, enrolling at The Furniture Craft School in Kent, to train for a career that I'm passionate about. Graduating with City and Guilds certificates in Wood Machining and Furniture Making. I have been working in the Bespoke Furniture/Interiors Industry ever since. I work with the best quality materials on the market and I'm always looking for better. I love a challenge. From designing for interesting shaped rooms or interesting requests from clients to trying new methods and techniques. What really drives me on is the look on a clients faces when they see the finished piece.

But that's enough about me. I want to know all about your project. I want us to work together to produce a piece of furniture that not only looks stunning but works exactly how you've dreamed it to.
