  They were great. The service from the initial visit, through the survey and installation were carried out promptly, efficiently to a high standard with friendliness and courtesy. The windows have greatly improved the look of the rooms as well as the comfort.

  We are very happy with the quality of the windows and we had an excellent team of installers - thank you Thomas and Philip. They were very fast and accurate with their work - and were very friendly. We faced a few problems with the company - delays of starting date, and missing bits for the window, however, overall good work!

  Extremely professional service from initial sales visit, then survey, right through to installation. All very slick. Took about three months for windows to be manufactured to fit. Installation date exactly as indicated and when it suited us. The installation chaps were very efficient, quick, polite, clean, tidy and we gather had 20 years experience. Delighted with what we have had installed. Would recommend. I don’t like to use the big firms like Everest. I would prefer to support a smaller business. Better service and customer care!

  I just wanted to say how delighted I am with my new wood sash windows. They look fantastic. From my initial meeting with James to the window fitters to the end of the process, the service was impeccable. Everyone was courteous, considerate, and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. The fitting was finished ahead of schedule, which was an unexpected bonus. While there's inevitable dust from the installation, the team took great care to minimize its spread and hoovered thoroughly at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this company.

  I live in the upper half of a late-Victorian terraced house. The sash windows were old and falling apart and I've just had all eight replaced by Sash Windows London. They were installed by Kaspar and Philip, who were a joy to have in the house. Nothing was a problem. They were cheerful and friendly and they tidied up every afternoon before they left. The job is wonderful - I have windows that open and close reliably for the first time in years. I'd thoroughly recommend Sash Windows London.
