    We are delighted with the two new wood sash windows.

    We are delighted with the two new wood sash windows. They look fantastic both inside and outside. From the initial sales meeting, the following survey, and the installation, the service was very professional. Everyone was courteous, considerate, and helpful. The installation was on the day promised. The team took great care to minimize dust and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company.

    Replacement Sash Windows

    Sash Windows London recently replaced two windows in my living room, replacing the rotten wood sash windows with their Heritage u-PVC windows. Very happy with the end result, the windows look great, and the process was very professional and smooth. Would use again.

    The service overall from SWL was brilliant - they were really knowledgable and able to educate us effectively about our options without pressuring us into any direction. Great range - we went all uPVC for lower cost & upkeep, but still look v high quality and fit well with our traditional style property. 1 watchout is on SOWs - understandably its client responsibility to ensure it's reflective of what you want, but they are not the clearest and this did lead to some miscommunication/delays. Generally well sorted by SWL though! Installation minimal disruption & mess, and courteous installers.

    Sash Windows London Ltd were brilliant throughout. The gentleman coming over to quote us was competent but also did not try to upsell us, but gave us a more realistic view of what cost options are out there and what the pro's and con's of those are. The process of booking in the appointment was easy and informative. The two gentlemen fitting the windows were absolutely super. Very clean, very polite and very capable. We are very happy with our windows and even happier with the customer service received!

    Replacing sash windows

    Sash Windows London were excellent from start (initial call, sales rep and surveyor) to finish (ace fitters Philip and Tomek). Everyone I dealt with was kind, polite and knowledgeable. And the finished products are high-quality and very well-designed. Can't believe how big a difference their windows make. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

    They were great. The service from the initial visit, through the survey and installation were carried out promptly, efficiently to a high standard with friendliness and courtesy. The windows have greatly improved the look of the rooms as well as the comfort.
