Excellent service. Engineer arrived on time diagnosed the fault. Replaced the pump. All systems go. Fantastic. Hearing works. Engineer was friendly courteous very knowledgeable. Tidy worker. Highly recommended. Thank you very much.
Complete Renovation of Bathroom
A complete renovation of our bathroom. Everything removed, walls had to be plastered along with removal and replacements and repositioning of all pipework and electrics. The bathroom was then tiled and a new suite fitted. From start to finish we were kept informed of progress. Everyone we dealt with was polite, professional and great communicators. As it was our only bathroom, we vacated for 2 weeks and had total trust that the house was looked after and secure each night. A job well done and highly recommended. Great customer service and quality control from start to finsih.
Annual boiler service needed two visits and cost double
The engineer sent seemed uncertain and found a tiny leak that he claimed would require the replacement of a pipe. He did not service the boiler but turned off my supply and quickly left. The following morning a more experienced engineer arrived, repaired the leak in moments with a dab of paste on a joint, and serviced the boiler. I had to pay double for my standard service. I used the online complaints process but was ignored for a week and phoned to ask what was happening. My dissatisfaction was dismissed. If you use this company ask them to send an experienced engineer.
Service Plus came to check our boiler on two occasions. Their phone service and the guys that attended were absolutely brilliant. They were kind, efficient and explained everything in detail. I would recommend them at any time.
New Shower installed
The Company was very good to deal with and installed a new shower , Everyone very friendly and professional and we are very pleased with the result.

Great same day service
After British Gas cancelled a service appointment last minute again, I had enough and cancelled my contract with them. Found this company on Checkatrade and they managed to come out the same day to service our boiler. Great customer service from the start and extremely professional engineer attended + carried out the service at a very reasonable rate (exactly as provided when setting up the visit). Will be using this company for all boiler / plumbing needs going forward.
Lovely team arrived on time and boiler serviced in 30-40 minutes. Prompt and efficient. We discussed a new thermostat, and I'm waiting for my quote for a nest thermostat.
Woke this morning to a cold shower. Cleared the boiler fault but it repeated in minutes. Reported fault to Ovo who said an engineer would call within 24 hours. 10 minutes later Service Plus called and two hours later it was fixed. Excellent service, excellent staff. Highly recommended.
