David and his colleague who came to fit the new cooke did a fantastic professional job. They were meticulous and precise. David, in particular was very knowledgeable and well at home with what he was doing. David's other colleague, Kate, at the office, was also very efficient and friendly. I give the three of them 100 out of 100. Well done!We are just waiting for the certificate of the 'safe completion' of the job which David has told me the office will email to my email address,
